Redrock Ranger Station

The scope of work for this project included two buildings: a residence and a shop building. The Red Rock Ranger Station in Sedona AZ was built in the early 1900’s and was in need of a renovation. EMC Builders gutted the inside of the buildings to bare studs and upgraded the electrical and insulation. We installed new drywall, painted and trimmed the inside. The outside of the building was stripped of the lead paint (by others), and we replaced any deteriorated wood siding and trim. The old windows were refurbished and glazed. We then painted the exterior of the building.

The doors on the barn were deteriorated and sagging. The historical society of Sedona wanted the renovations at the Ranger Station to be kept both historically accurate and practical. EMC Builders took measurements from the existing doors and made replica doors.
