Tim McKinney is a Registered Professional Civil Engineer who spent 19 years with Chicago Bridge and Iron Company prior to forming this company. He has managed construction projects in excess of 80 million dollars and brings to our organization his vast knowledge in civil work, site work, excavation, concrete work and steel erection. Several of his projects have been featured in national and world trade publications. Tim has experience in managing and executing projects in remote and difficult world wide locations.

Lawrence J. Evans has 30 years of construction and facility maintenance experience. As lead work analyst for the Dresden Nuclear Power plant Larry exhibited his management skills leading the 70 person construction and maintenance department. He brings to our organization his superior managing, and scheduling skills. Larry is experienced in concrete structures, concrete flatwork, structural steel commercial tenant finish, remodel and renovations from the ground up, steam heating systems, chilled water systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems, excavations, earthwork, landscaping.
